This short video (< 4 mins) provides a quick synopsis of ART. I really like it because it features Dr. Kevin Kip, who is one of the pioneers in the field of research for ART. Though filmed in 2013, ART is now nationally recognized as an evidence-based intervention for depression and trauma.
