    We provide a variety of modalities to quickly resolve trauma in ways that are least painful for our clients, leaving you restored and empowered.

    While some concerns resolve in a couple sessions, others may require more in-depth support and care through various treatment options. That is why it is most helpful to seek therapy from those who are trained in a variety research-backed trauma interventions.

    We believe in the mind-body connection and that one’s mental health and physical health are one. Reduce stress reactions with these integrative holistic practices. 

    Our trauma-informed practitioners recognize the importance of treating the whole person and incorporate interventions such as mindfulness practices and breathwork. We offer mindful yoga practices, including restorative yoga and yoga nidra, to further assist in one’s need for wellness. These holistic practices assist in calming the nervous system and support a safe and gentle connection to oneself, others, and community.

    We provide care for individuals (18 & up), and it is our intention that in our time together you will find a safe and sacred space to heal, grow, and feel renewed.

    We provide care for children and teens, from 5 years old and up. We believe that when treating kids, the family unit should be involved. Many families participate in the Family DBT Program.

    Not all couples today are defined by traditional marriage standards and we support LGBTQIA+ communities. We also work with those who may want premarital counseling. See more about our Prepare & Enrich Program here.

    We serve couples who have been married for a long time or those who are newly married. See more about our Prepare & Enrich Program here.

    Family needs come in all forms. For example, we work with blended families, those going through divorce, or those in need of healing from grief and loss.

    We offer weekly DBT groups for adults, teens & families, and support for loved ones. See more about our DBT Program here.


    Our gentle, trauma-informed yoga classes are led by licensed counselors who are also trained yoga teachers. We offer one-on-one personalized yoga sessions and small group classes in restorative yoga, yin yoga, yoga nidra, breathwork, and gentle movement. You do not need to have experience with yoga or be a current client to attend. All are welcome.

    Many of our wellness services offer the practice of mindfulness meditation and breathwork, allowing healing and restoration at your own pace. Experience the many benefits of mindfulness practice and learn how to incorporate them into your daily living.

    Ecotherapy expands upon one’s connection to Nature as a tool for mindful connection to the self and can often take shape in creative and experiential ways including artwork, play, and movement. The benefits of connecting to the Natural world promote mindfulness, reduce stress levels, restore cognitive functions such as memory and attention, invoke positive feelings leading to improved mood and overall wellbeing.
