Open Positions

We have an opening and are excited to invite an experienced and enthusiastic Child & Family Psychotherapist to join our growing team. Ideal candidates welcome the value of joining a vibrant DBT group practice where individuality and work-life balance is celebrated.

Salary Range: range varies based on experience and hours. 
We are currently hiring Part-Time Licensed Counselors (~12 to 15 client hrs/wk) ideally for evenings and weekend hours (Fri-Sun). Room to build into a Full-Time position. 

Responsibilities

  • Complete 12+ client hours per week on a part-time basis, offering one evening during the week, Fridays, and Saturday or Sunday hours.
  • Demonstrate training in evidence-based trauma treatments, with a willingness to pursue further specialization and training as needed to meet client needs.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities, maintaining high efficiency.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional growth through ongoing development and continuing education in mental health practices.
  • Experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) preferred. If no experience, a desire to learn and be part of a strong DBT team.
  • Be open to providing a range of therapeutic services including individual, group, and family therapy, employing a trauma-informed approach.
  • Utilize digital literacy skills to accurately and diligently manage electronic health records, ensuring each client’s story is honored with meticulous care and maintained in a timely manner.
  • Employ superior communication and interpersonal abilities to cultivate a collaborative and healthy atmosphere, contributing positively to both team cohesion and client well-being.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in applying evidence-based mental health practices to ensure effective and scientifically supported client care.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience post-licensure
  • Doctoral or Master’s degree in Counseling or related field (e.g. PhD, EdD, PsyD, Psychologist, MS, or MA)
  • Current Licensure or eligibility for licensure in Florida as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Psychologist, or similar.
  • Understanding and commitment to upholding ethical standards and legal guidelines in mental health treatment and patient care.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience DBT, family and child therapy, and trauma informed care.

Job Type: Part-time 

As we broaden our horizons to touch more lives, we’re delighted to extend an invitation to a Marriage & Family Psychotherapist to join our diverse and skilled team. This part-time role is an opportunity for those with a heart for nurturing relationships, specializing in marriage, family, and couples therapy. Create your ideal practice with the support of strong team and a positive community presence already established. Enjoy the flexibility and support to build Intensives on the weekends when couples need them the most.
