3) If it is your first session, choose “Therapy Intake.” If you are a returning or current client, choose “Therapy Session.”
4) In the comment section indicate which service you are interested in.
We will follow up with a phone call within 24 business hours and will send you a portal invitation to complete paperwork prior to your first appointment.
