This workshop is an introductory offering designed to engage your imagination and connect with your emotions in a supportive and kind environment.
Do you feel like you know all about your problems but still get stuck in the same loops, no matter how much you try to practice a new skill?
Do you feel at a loss for words at times when trying to explain how you feel?
These are such common experiences but we don't always talk about them in ways that help support our basic mental health needs to express and learn from our experiences. Prompt-based creative art practices give you tools that through the process help understanding and insights emerge.
We are so often interfacing with our phone screens or so busy with other stressors in general that our social lives have taken a hit, too. Combining creative expression with working in small groups, you get the benefit of authentic, relatable, human connection, too. In this workshop, we'll share tools, space, and intention to collectively awaken an innate sense of healing and gain insights through creative participation.
