Olivia Schreiber

Child & Adult Psychotherapist

#SW26844

Olivia Schreiber, LCSW

Originally from Wisconsin, Olivia made her way to the warm weather that Florida has to offer. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and welcoming space where children, adolescents, and adults feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges. Olivia believes that healing begins with a strong therapeutic relationship and strives to meet each client with compassion, curiosity, and care tailored to their unique needs.

Olivia has worked in various mental health settings over the past couple years. She began her journey with Harmony Harbor as a student in the summer of 2023 and now serves as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida.

She continues her training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, trauma-informed psychotherapy, mindfulness, and play therapy. After 2 years in training, she has become an integral member of the Harmony Harbor DBT Team. She also helped launch the Parent-Only DBT-C Skills Training group. Olivia is currently working toward her Registered Play Therapist (RPT) credential to further expand her ability to support children and families through developmentally appropriate, evidenced-based play therapy.

Specializations

Olivia’s clinical focus is on children ages 5 and older, adolescents, and adults. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, behavioral concerns, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and relationship difficulties.

She is trained in basic Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based approach that uses eye movements to help process and resolve distressing memories and trauma. Olivia integrates DBT, ART, mindfulness, and developmentally appropriate interventions to create individualized treatment plans that meet each client where they are.

Olivia values partnering with parents and caregivers throughout the therapeutic process, recognizing that lasting change often happens when families feel supported and equipped with practical tools they can use outside of therapy.

Education

She has her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is a proud graduate from the University of Kentucky with a Master’s in Clinical Social Work (2024).

Outside the Office

In her free time, she enjoys working out, reading, finding new coffee spots and spending time with friends, family, and her sweet puppy dog.

Whether working with a child, adolescent, or adult, Olivia is committed to helping clients build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside individuals and families as they work toward healing, growth, and a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling
