When things become overwhelming and you need help, we hope to be here for you and your loved ones. We know we cannot be available at all times or meet all needs, so we are providing this resource page to offer you encouragement and information when you may need it the most.
And, while Harmony Harbor does not provide on-call or emergency services, your counselor will provide you with a number to contact them directly after hours and they will make every attempt to be available to you as soon as possible should a crisis occur. If you can’t find your provider’s information, send us a quick message below and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

For DBT Clients
If you are a DBT client then you have a phone coaching agreement with your counselor. Please leave them a voicemail message or text them, and they will return your call asap. Please note, each counselor determines their hours of availability to honor work-life balance.
Please follow your Safety Plan and practice skills and your provider will return your message asap.

Warmlines Help Avert Crises
Sometimes things have not escalated to the point of a crisis, but guidance and emotional support to help prevent a crisis is needed. This is what a “warmline,” or as Resilient Retreat calls it, a “kind” line can offer. Warmlines are often staffed by volunteers and peers, and while they may not replace professional help, their support in times of need can help guide you to a safe landing where you can get the much needed help.
